		<description>I think the unit for measurement is jumpers, find a reliable jumper that equates to a couple of degrees retained body heat and stick with just putting the one jumper on in the house.  Two jumpers indoors is a bit much, and if like in my student days you find yourself in the warmest room of the house wearing a fleecy hat with ear flaps it's time to put the heating on/up or even spoil yourself with a bar on the gas fire?</description>
